2 Backup Plan

FTP Storage

If you prefer to manage your own backups and simply need a safe, secure offsite location to store them, this package is for you. We can even provide you with free FTP client software.

Digital Vault

Our backup solution is completely browser based and requires no software to be installed. All you need is an up to date web browser.

Our Digital Vault gives you the power and functionality of locally installed backup software over the Internet and our professional online data backup services takes away the burden of securely storing your data at an offsite location.

3 Support Level

The following packages allow you to spread and reduce the cost of your support needs. By taking a support contract with us, we will drastically reduce our charges. Our non-contracted rates start at £50/hr. If ongoing support is anticipated please select one of the following packages.

Low Level

For low level support needs - If you expect occasional support needs then select this package.

Support requests are charged at £40/hr

High Level

For high level support needs. If you anticipate a heavier reliance on our support staff, select this package - includes one hour of free support each month (non-accruing).

Support requests are charged at £30/hr

All support contracts are for a minimum of 6 months.

Once your order has been placed, we'll need a few more details to set up your hosting. We will contact you by email or phone (depending on which option you selected) to complete the rest of your order.
